What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver and assess the English Program online and face-to-face.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans with clear objectives.
  • Record and maintain all assessment results within the online platform.
  • Monitor student progress and provide comprehensive intervention strategies for support.
  • Participate in staff meetings.
  • Cultivate an engaging and positive learning environment for students.

To impress us, you’ll need:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence.
  • Computer and application knowledge (Google suite, Outlook, internet, Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Role Essentials:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s in  English or any related degree or certificate.
  • minimum of 2 years experience in managing and/or teaching English programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to teach both the AM and PM sessions.
