CapEnglish is an dynamic, fast-growing company that speacialises in providing quality English teachers to schools all around France. In 2021 we launched our first Language Assistant campaign and the result was incredible, with more and more schools wanting to sign up. The programme is designed for young, dedicated English speakers who are passionate about working with kids aged 3-11yrs old. It’s an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified teacher who wants to gain some international experience or someone considering a teaching career or a career working with young kids.

Salary & Benefits

6 month CDD contract (Oct/Nov start each year) in various French cities (Paris, Toulouse, Toulon, Marseille, Lyon etc)
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A LA in LYON (start Jan 2023)
20 hrs per week teaching experience at a pre-primary and/or primary school, working alongside the French teaching team
Accommodation with a host family, private room
Host families are all vetted and offer a welcoming home environment
All meals are provided
50% of public transport to and from work reimbursed
Airport transfer to host familly
630€ gross salary per month on top of acco & meals (overall package value starts from 1200€/m)
Supportive teaching team
Priority for future teaching vacancies
Total immersion results in fast track French language learning (better than any on-line course)
International teaching experience, a chance to take home some unique teaching ideas
Certification to confirm work experience

Job Requirements

Ideally 18-28 yrs old with valid working visa for France
Must be passionate about working with young kids
Teaching experience preferred but not essential
English as a first language (absolute fluency with clear articulation, C2)
Adaptable, friendly and dedicated
Team player with excellent communication skills
Basic French advantage
