Job Description

Enspire Hanoi currently works with our international and public kindergartens primary school as well the English Centre located in 80 Lang Ha and various customers in Hanoi. As a growing company, we are looking for ESL native teachers to share the same mission for the next school year starting from August officially. – Contract term 09 month to 1-year contract. – Teachers follow teaching and working hours are arranged by Enspire. – 90-hour commitment (per month) from both parties. – Teachers will be guaranteed a fixed salary even though Enspire cannot provide enough hours and higher extra pay for extra hours. – Teaching locations are ONLY in Hanoi. – The lesson plans are prepared and provided by Enspire – Enspire Assistants will support during the ESL teacher

Salary & Benefits

– Based salary (for 80 hours): 35,000,000 – 40,000,000vnd / month. – During summer time, teachers will get paid hourly. – Support the teacher to get the work permit and TRC/Long-term Visa – Enspire Hanoi will advise and support teachers to look for accommodation. – Health insurance allowance for 9 month and 1 year contract – For classes over 10 km from central Hanoi, the extra fee will be paid to the teacher. – Assistance in training and finding cover teachers, legal advice. – Airfare support: 3,000,000 (reimburse after 3 working months) – First entry visa and state fee covered: approx. 4,000,000vnd – Housing allowance: 2 weeks at hotel/hostel upon arrival: approx. 4,000,000vnd (reimburse after 3 months)

Job Requirements

– ELS Teachers from Canada, UK, Australia, US and South Africa – Have ability to take responsibility and initiative.
