We’re hiring passionate ESL Teachers for Shenzhen kindergartens with year-round recruitment and peak hiring periods in February & August. Whether you’re an experienced educator or new to teaching (we provide training!), we’ll help you start your China adventure at the perfect time for you.

Location: Shenzhen (China’s tech hub) / Acroos China

School Type: Kindergarten

Students: 2 to 7 year olds (class size 10 to 25)

Resources: Curriculum & teaching materials provided & 1 to 3 Teaching Assistant

Schedule: M-F (8:00AM to 5:30PM) with weekends off

Responsibilities:
– Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.
– Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures and student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
– Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.
– Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.
– Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.

Job requirements

– Bachelor’s degree (no major limit)
– Due to visa requirements, we can only consider candidates from the following countries: USA, CA, UK, IRE, NZ, AUS, SA
– 120 hours TEFL/TESOL
– Non-criminal background
– Teaching experience with young children (ages 0-7) is preferred, but we welcome applicants without prior teaching experience. Training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role
– Strong communication and classroom management skills
– Ability to engage and inspire young learners in a diverse, multicultural setting
