Job Description

Teachers deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons to a diverse range of learners, including young children, teenagers, and adults. Courses range from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1/C2) levels, following a communicative and interactive methodology supported by modern teaching resources and technology.

The average teaching load ranges from 20 to 40 hours per week, including group classes and private lessons. Teachers are responsible for lesson planning, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing feedback to support student progress.

Our programs emphasize active participation, practical language use, and a positive classroom environment. Teachers work across different age groups and levels, creating a dynamic and rewarding teaching experience, with ongoing academic support and training provided.

Requirements

* TEFL certificate (minimum 100 hours)
* Native or non-native English speakers accepted, with strong English proficiency (C1 level or above)
* Previous teaching experience is not required; however, candidates must be highly teachable, open to feedback, and willing to continuously develop their teaching skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to different age groups (young learners, teens, and adults)
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging, positive learning environment
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule (20–40 hours per week), including afternoons and evenings
* Commitment to completing the full contract period (6–12 months)
* Basic Spanish skills (preferred, but not required)
* Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills
* Cultural sensitivity and willingness to adapt to a new environment
* Comfortable using educational technology and digital platforms for teaching and assignments
