Job Description

We are recruiting TEFL / CELTA-qualified English teachers and camp counsellors to join our English immersion summer camps for children and teenagers in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for TEFL-certified teachers, education students, and experienced summer camp staff seeking short-term teaching experience in Europe. 2–5 week placements | Day Camp (ages 5–11) and Teen Camp (ages 12–16)  

What we are looking for

-Available during July–August 2026 -Native-level English speakers, particularly from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand -Energetic, creative, and confident working with children and teens -Able to run sports and activities programs (craft, music, and/ or sport skills desirable) -Experience working with kids (either in a teaching position or as a coach, Au Pair or similar) -High energy, enthusiastic, fun-loving, and creative while wanting to make a difference in the lives of young people  

Applicants should have one of the following:

-TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent ESL certification, or -A university degree (completed or in progress) -Strong advantages include: -ESL / EFL teaching experience -Young Learner teaching experience -Background in education, linguistics, or languages -Summer camp or activity leadership experience a definite plus!

Camp Counsellor / Teacher tasks

In addition to being responsible for the well-being of the campers, you will typically lead 2–3 small-group English sessions per day, alongside activity leadership and immersion-based language practice throughout the camp day. Each lesson focuses on communicative English, vocabulary building, and interactive speaking activities.
