Looking for Online ESL teachers in Santiago, Chile!

GEAD Language Community is an institute that works with various businesses around the metropolitan area of Santiago providing English classes to their employees.  We have a strong communicative approach and want to recruit professional energetic teachers for the opportunity to work with eager students.

NOTE:   All classes are online.   Teachers who are interested in eventually relocating to Chile are welcome to apply and we will help facilitate their relocation.   However, teachers who are not interested in relocating to Chile are also encouraged to apply, as the position is online.

Requirements:

1. University degree
2. TEFL certification
3. Ideally two years of experience teaching English as a foreign or second language
4. Access to high speed wifi
5. Experience teaching with adults is preferred
6. Experience teaching abroad is a plus
7. Experience teaching via Microsoft Teams or Google Meets is a plus

Description:

1.  Teaching business and general English to adults online.
2. Teaching individuals and small group classes (usually no more than 6 students per class).
3. An hourly pay rate that is competitive with institutes that provide the same service (Ranging from $11 to $15 USD per hour to start depending on experience) in the region.
4. Payment for teachers abroad made easy using Paypal and Payoneer.
5.  Bonuses and other incentives in recognition for successfully completing courses.
6. Course materials, including audiovisual materials, and tests are provided by the institute, with an academic team providing feedback and support to teachers.
7. A legal contract and assistance in obtaining legal permission to work in Chile if desired.
8. The cost of the work visa is the responsibility of the candidate, which varies depending on your country of origin.  Work visas are only required if you are relocating to Chile.  You may work from your country of residence and receive payment via Paypal or Payoneer.
9. Travel and housing are NOT included in this offer.
