Program Highlights:  
– Class Types: Engage in one-to-one or small group sessions.
– Class Duration: 25 or 55-minute lessons.
– Peak Hours: Increase your bookings during these peak time slots: Every day from 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time, 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
– Referral Bonus: Earn $150 for each teacher you refer who successfully joins our team.
– New Teacher Incentive: Earn an extra $2 per peak time slot you open in your first two weeks, whether they get booked or not- up to $128!

Qualifications:
– Native or fluent in English, with work authorization in the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia.
– Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English is preferred.
