What You’ll Do

• Inspire students of all ages—from young learners to adults—by making English learning interactive, dynamic, and engaging.

• Deliver engaging, conversation-driven lessons that go beyond textbooks.

• Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET, etc.).

• Participate in curriculum development and collaborate with a global team of educators.

• Receive continuous training and professional development to refine your skills.

Who We’re Looking For

• Native English speakers with a passion for education.

• Enjoys their job and creates an engaging, enjoyable learning experience for students.
• Thrives in an environment that offers freedom and takes initiative to create the best learning atmosphere.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and discipline.
• Believes that being a great teacher starts with being a great learner and is committed to continuous self-improvement.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred).

• Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, orequivalent preferred).

• Experience in teaching with the Direct Method is a plus. If you have such experience, please make sure to highlight it in your CV.

• IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET prep experience is a plus.

• Willingness to relocate to Konya, Turkey, and be part of an innovative team.
