Vinalearn English is seeking passionate and qualified ESL and/or Math & Science Teachers to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City public schools for the 2025–2026 academic year.

As a teacher at Vinalearn, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in English, Math, or Science to Vietnamese students (grades vary based on assignment)

  • Teach only during daytime hours, with no evening or weekend classes

  • Work with modern classroom tools, including interactive touchscreens and pre-made lesson content (for MS teachers)

  • Receive full academic and administrative support from both local and expat teams

  • Join a growing, supportive community of foreign teachers with regular events and social gatherings

  • Be mentored by an experienced member of the Expat/Foreign Management Team to ensure a smooth transition into teaching in Vietnam

Salary & benefits

💰 Salary & Bonuses

  • Monthly salary ranging from $1,200 to $2,100, based on qualifications and experience

  • Monthly performance bonuses of up to $350

  • Additional completion, re-signing, and annual performance bonuses

✈️ Relocation Support

  • Relocation bonus:
    • Up to 5 million VND for teachers relocating internationally
    • Up to 3 million VND for teachers relocating within Vietnam

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field

  • 1+ years of teaching experience or relevant professional experience in another industry

  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent)

  • Native-level or C1/C2 English proficiency
